Eating healthy is important for energy and beauty. I love oils for my skin. I rarely use moisturizers unless good for you and I get them from a Health Food Store in the City. Picked up Jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, lavender almond oil & iron supplements.
From Bulk Barn I picked up goji berries, chia seeds, walnuts, pecans, and I have to have a bit of chocolate so choc covered peanuts and raisins. If reaching for a snack, reach for nuts and seeds.
